narrative fragments
"What is a question but a desire for truth to be absorbed into your bones…”
Memory. Internal dialogue. The unseen. How do these landscapes influence narrative: environmental, personal and societal? ‘Mother, Daughter, ghosts’ is an exploration of perceived truths told through three voices, each with a language that addresses the unspoken or the unheard. As an artist and writer, I’m asking how our collective stories coexist within the resulting dualities of shadow and light. What do we see in our reflection? Where do we find articulate ground? ©2015
